From what I understand, this unit protects the downstream equipment from voltage spikes and power serges giving a smooth regulated voltage for accurate equipment use plugged into it.

I don't have a European style converter to test the 

Unit. It appears in good shape inside, no visible damage. It was missing some case screws, so replaced all exterior screws.

Selling it as is untested.

The front panel has an input voltage select switch for 50-130V / 160-240V 50/60Hz,

AC power switch on/off,

8A fuse holder,

A voltage meter,

2 European power sockets one labeled 110V the 220V.
