The owner of this comic had it signed at a con in person. No CoA, I've looked at some Simone signatures and this one looks good to me.

Grade: NM- the spine has a few tics that break colour, the bottom spine corner has a larger than average bindery tear, there is a faint line running down the side edge on the back.

Grading can be a subjective thing and ultimately the grade I've assigned is my opinion of the comic. If you have any questions about the comic please don't hesitate to ask I'm usually fairly quick to respond.
