Used only a couple of times. I got it for my son to put his album collection on cd's. He never did do it, unfortunately he only used it to play a couple albums, but left it on his desk so the plastic lid has some scuffs on it.  

It works, is complete including software. Original box and packaging. We will ship it in that.
