Description:
Pressure gauge calibrator
The pressure gauge calibrator is used to inspect the general pressure gauge, the test pressure can reach 60Mpa, and the test vacuum degree can reach -0.08Mpa. The operation is simple and the calibration is accurate.
1: Calibrate the normal pressure gauge (grade 1.6, grade 2.5 or above)
2: Calibrate mechanical pressure switch (class 1.6, class 2.5 or above)

Installation:
1. The calibrator should be placed on a workbench that is easy to operate and must be kept level.
2. The working environment temperature of the calibrator is +20±10°C, and the surrounding air must not contain corrosive gases.
3. The calibrator shall not be vibrate, and the workbench shall be covered with rubber pads.
4. Before use, first clean the calibrator pipeline with gasoline, and then fill the oil cup with the pressure transfer medium. Rotate the handwheel of the hand-cranked screw pump to check whether the oil circuit is smooth, and if there is no problem, the precision pressure gauge and the calibrated pressure gauge can be installed.
Operation
1) When calibrate the pressure gauge:
a. Open the oil cup valve, left-hand wheel, so that the cylinder of the hand pump is filled with working liquid.
b. Close the oil cup valve, right-hand wheel, compress the working liquid,then the oil pressure is applied to the pressure gauge to be tested and the precision pressure gauge, and the test can be carried out according to the indicated value of the two pressure gauges.
2) XY-6 When calibrate the vacuum gauge:
a. Remove the working liquid in the calibrator.
b. Close the valve (3), open the oil cup valve, and screw all the screws of the hand pump into the cylinder.
c. Close the oil cup valve, open the valve (3), unscrew the hand pump screw to form a vacuum,
If the required vacuum level is not reached after one spin-out, it can be repeatedly screwed in and out until the required vacuum level is reached
