The unit was removed from a working system, tested, checked and verified for any damages by our qualified engineers.

The photos are genuine and original images of the item being listed and are intended to illustrate the general condition of the item you will receive. Used equipment may have blemishes, scratches or minor cosmetic marks in places that may not be captured by camera.

All our items are tested and confirmed to be working and in operational condition at the point of dispatch. Should you have any problem with the item on delivery, please contact us FIRST WITHIN 48 HOURS and we will do all we can to resolve any issues for you.  

Our items are security marked to avoid being swapped or tampered with and we will not accept returns that are damaged or tampered with in any way. We also do not accept returns on all "Untested, Not Working" and "For Parts Only" items.

Batteries are tested for holding charge only and returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Note that it is buyer's responsibility to ensure that the item is compatible with buyer's hardware and/or operating system before making the purchase.
