- LMX2592 is a low-noise broadband RF PLL integrated with VCO, supporting a frequency range of 20MHz to 9.8GHz. This device supports both fraction N and integer N modes, with a 32-bit fractional divider that supports selecting the appropriate frequency. Its integrated noise is 49fs (for 6GHz output), making it an ideal low-noise source. This device integrates top-notch PLL and VCO integrated noise with an integrated low-voltage linear regulator (LDO), eliminating the need for multiple discrete components in high-performance systems.
- This device can accept input frequencies up to 1.4GHz, and when combined with a frequency divider and programmable low-noise multiplier, it can flexibly set the frequency. The additional programmable low-noise multiplier can help users reduce the impact of integer boundary noise. In fractional N mode, the device can adjust the output phase to 32-bit resolution. For applications that require rapid frequency changes, this device supports a fast calibration option that takes less than 25μs.
- It is possible to achieve this performance using a 3.3V power supply. This device supports 2 differential outputs, which can also be flexibly configured as single ended outputs. Users can choose to program one output from the VCO (or voltage doubler) and the other output from the channel splitter. If you do not want to use it, you can disable each output separately.
