Beautiful Edwardian petticoat skirt with adjustable waist. Hem of waste is designed to be pinned in such a way that fits a 24 inch to 26 inch waist. Waist to hem 36.5”. Hem from end to end 36.5” or 73” around.

And fantastic condition considering its age. There are very small worn holes throughout. Some of them have even been handstitched by the original owner. This is shown in the last three photos. Fabric is more durable than one would expect but still very very old. Garment is wearable but I’d do so with caution and care.
