1950s blue tapa print cotton Hawaiian sarong dress. This has a very structured bodice and elastic shirring on the side panels. There is a back metal zipper. The sarong ties on the side and can be adjusted. The straps can either be worn halter style or crossed in front as I have shown. There is no makers label and only a size 12 label.
This has some issues so selling as is. The bodice has been shortened. It could be let back out some but as you can see in the last photo some of the fabric was cut near the zipper. I have a short torso and it fit me perfectly. The other issue is the hem was let down but then the curve of the sarong is not quite right. This should probably be re-hemmed.
This is best for size small. The measurements are:
34” bust
26” waist
38” hips
10” top of the bust to the waist
28-29” waist to hem
