This is Felissimo’s iconic 500 Colored Pencils set from the early-generation series (not the 1992 first edition, but a later reissued generation).
Felissimo first introduced the 500-color concept in 1992, and the series continued with several renewed generations produced in collaboration with Mitsubishi Pencil.
This set belongs to one of those second or third generation releases, which preserved the same 500-color lineup and cylindrical case style that collectors love.
At the time, the pencils were sold as a subscription: 20 colors per month for 25 months, totaling 500 colors, with a combined price of around US $500.

The pencils themselves are unused or very close to unused. There are no signs of writing use except for minimal testing marks, if any.
