The Federal Land Bank of Spokane Washington was founded in 1916 as a financial institution to specifically assist the farming and agricultural community in Eastern Washington and Idaho.   This advertising item marks the 40th anniversary of the institution and was therefore made in 1956.   The tool is designed to remove lids from canning jars and also has a bottle cap remover and a prying tool at the end.   Mechanically great condition no bends or warps.  It does show staining and has a patina consistent with its age.  Great collectors item.
