    - Keyluck accepts PAYPAL only. Buyer must have a valid Paypal account linked on ebay in order to be able to check out.

    - Keyluck will ship within 3 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) upon receipt of payment. 

    - Keyluck is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to invalid information or causes beyond the control of our carriers.

    - All orders will be shipped by FedEx Ground or USPS to the 48 contiguous States with valid business or residential address only, no exceptions. 

    - No shipping on weekends or holidays.

    - If the product is defected or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. 

    - You must return everything in the same condition we shipped it including plastic wrapping. 

    - Keyluck will refund you the full price of the defective item excluding the shipping costs (No restocking fees) once we received the item.

    - International shipment may be subjected to custom fee depending on the importing country.
