The first is the Forbidden Tales of Dark Mansions #8 1972 and It is in NM condition.  Front and back covers are both fine.  The second comic is Treasure Chest #8, also from 1972.  I listed this as only VG because there is wear along the right hand side of the front cover and a strange line indentation up around the 35 cent mark to the top with color loss.  The back cover also has a 1/4" tear at the top.  It has been in plastic and boarded for decades.
