The part(s) were taken from Singer Red Eye Sewing Machine G 5724217 (see last 2 photos), and might work with another sewing machines, though I am not sure which one.

The parts have serial numbers ( see close up photos), and have slightly leftover grease/oil on them. The presser knob, 3rd last photo is slightly bent.
