This piston kit is a direct replacement for the Honda CRF230F trail motorcycle produced from 2003 through 2009 and 2012 through 2019 and the Honda CRF230L street-legal motorcycle produced in 2008 and 2009. The 65.5mm standard bore piston is designed for the factory cylinder bore providing factory-specified piston-to-wall clearance for optimal ring seal and compression in the 223cc air-cooled 4-stroke SOHC engine. Each kit includes cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for all compatible CRF230F and CRF230L applications. Manufactured using low-expansion piston alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in the Honda 223cc air-cooled 4-stroke engine. The CRF230F is a proven trail motorcycle featuring a reliable air-cooled SOHC engine with electric start for excellent off-road versatility and durability. Installs directly into the standard 65.5mm cylinder bore without modifications for piston replacement or top-end rebuild on the Honda CRF230F and CRF230L motorcycles.

RETURN POLICY

ComponentsPlus products, when properly installed, are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover failure due to accident, abuse, neglect or as the result of normal wear and tear. Improper installation, careless handling, tampering or disassembly in any way will void original factory warranty. Failures due to rust, submersions, deliberate abuse, broken gears, housings or components shall not be considered for warranty, nor products used in applications for which they were not intended.

The sole responsibility of ComponentsPlus - if any - shall be the replacement of defective products as stated above. This warranty being expressly in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities and ComponentsPlus neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products or merchandise.

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct application information prior to purchasing any product from ComponentsPlus. All purchases made in error, bought by mistake, no longer wanted, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address are subject to a 20% return charge and require a return authorization number. In these cases, the return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund using our discounted shipping rates. Buyers are responsible for the shipping of any international orders.
