Dispatch timing update

We've slightly extended our handling times as a precaution. This just covers the occasional slowdown from things like machine servicing, weather events, public holidays, or waiting on specialty colour requests. Most orders still leave within 2 business days. We keep it moving as fast as possible, but this buffer stops the odd delay from impacting listings.
