 $100 insurance is included.  Most destinations will have a tracking in place.    More insurance can be requested at the buyer's expense.

RETURN POLICY:

To qualify for a hassle-free return,  the item must be RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED . When trying on shoes, please walk on interior carpet/soft surfaces ONLY.

Return shipping is at buyer's expense.  Please return in box and not paper envelope mailer.

Returns accepted with 10 days of item being received and request must  be made within 3 days of receiving item.

There is a 15 % restocking fee.
