We've slightly extended our handling times as a precaution.
This just covers the occasional slowdown from things like machine servicing, weather events, public holidays, or waiting on specialty colour requests.

Most orders still leave within 2 business days.

We keep it moving as fast as possible, but this buffer stops the odd delay from impacting listings.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your size, and colour. 
2. In the checkout, leave the font you want AND the text you want on your decal. 
PLEASE USE CORRECT SPELLING - WE CREATE EXACTLY WHAT YOU GIVE US.

Got a different font in mind? Providing it works with out machines, we're happy to help. 

SIZE LIMITATIONS: 

  • 100mm - Maximum 10 Characters - Approx 1.5 - 2cm Height
  • 200mm - Maximum 20 Characters - Approx 2.5 - 3cm Height 
  • 300mm - Maximum 30 Characters - Approx 3.5 - 4cm Height 
  • 400mm - Maximum 40 Characters - Approx 4.5 - 5cm Height
  • 500mm - Maximum 50 Characters - Approx 5 - 6cm Height
  • 600mm - Maximum 60 Characters - Approx 5.5 - 7cm Height

    These measurements can vary, depending on the font you choose. 
If you have a space with measurement restrictions, let us know and we can make some adjustments. 

PACKAGING: 

Large size decals come trimmed down - You will need to line the pieces up when installing. 
This is because a 30cm Decal would cost the customer $10.40 in postage if we kept it in one large piece. 
We don't cut or fold any part of your vinyl, we ensure it's done between letters. 
If you want your decal to come in one large continuous piece, let us know and we can provide you with a poster roll postage quote. 

How to Apply

This is a VINYL CUT DECAL - Not a sticker - It requires transferring via the provided transfer sheet.

  • Apply the transfer tape sheet to the decal. Smooth out any bubbles using a squeegee or similar tool.
  • Peel back the transfer tape. Decals with intricate designs or small lettering may need extra care to lift properly.
  • Apply the decal (now on the tape) to a clean, prepped surface.
  • Gently peel off the transfer tape, leaving your decal in place.

If you're new to applying and you're using a large decal or one with small lettering, we recommend watching some Youtube videos first.

If Australia Post loses or damages your item:

  • Contact me within 30 days of sale if your item hasn't arrived.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo for assistance.
