- Our manufacturing guarantee does not cover incorrect device orders. Because we cannot cover mistaken orders, please confirm you are ordering the correct phone case for your device (often your device information will be found in the device settings).
- If you do not see your device listed, send us a message, as we are always happy to see if we can add your device to our offerings.
Additional Information About Our Design Process:
- Our design process uses complex color codes, so while we try our best to make sure that the images appear as close to the real product as possible, we cannot account for various computer color settings which do not display our full range of vibrant and quality colors. Because of the different color settings on different displays, please browse through our design photos to get an idea of how the product will look before placing an order.
- Our design process takes into account a wide range of devices, so while we try to be as consistent as possible we need to make adjustments for camera placement, dimensions, various buttons and ports. Because of this, design placement is subject to vary depending on your device.
- Our basic print method is to scale the design so all details of the design fit on the print surface and are not cut off by camera holes and other variables. If you are concerned please send a message before placing your order.
- Our friends, customers, and partners are everywhere. This being the case, please double-check your shipping address before you place an order with us. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for purchases sent to the wrong address.
- Our products are made to order, because of this while we strive to send orders out within 3 business days, various issues in production come up which may delay shipping to up to 7 business days. We promise our cases are worth the wait!
Daily Canvas Shop Return Policy:
- Daily Canvas Shop stands behind our products; however, we realize that manufacturing defects can occur. Because of this, we are happy to offer a full replacement or refund as a result of manufacturer and print defects.
- If your product has a manufacturing or print defect, we will provide either (option 1) a full replacement and reshipment or (option 2) a full refund.
- Refunds or replacements are available for defective products within 3 days of delivery.
- After 3 days, replacements or refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis.
How to request a refund?
- Step 1. Take a photo of the entire product with the printed area full visible and not obstructed (best pictures are on a flat surface that contrasts with the design).
- Step 2. Take a photo of the damage or print defect (best pictures are on a flat surface that contrasts with the design).
- Step 3. Send the photos to us for review, also tell us what you would like, either a replacement or a refund.
- Step 4. Give us some time to get back to you with further info and instructions. (we promise to be quick).
