Shipping Policy:
We have a total of two warehouses in Australia for our items, they are located in Auburn, Tottenham, we will choose the nearest warehouse for shipping based on the customer's actual shipping address.
We will ship within one day after purchase, but due to warehouse closure over the weekend, the goods will be shipped next Monday.
We have in-depth relationship with different logistics providers such as AUPOST - Parcel Post eParcel , AU aramex service (fastway), Allied road express, etc. and usually deliver within 2-6 working days.
However, if the customer's delivery address is remote from our warehouse, we will charge the customer part of the shipping fee.
We are very sorry that once the order is shipped, in order to ensure logistics efficiency and avoid delivery errors, we will not be able to modify the order information again.

Return Policy:
We only accept returns within one month (excluding second-hand products).
We only accept the use of original packaging boxes or cardboard boxes without any watermarks to send the products back, and no missing parts are allowed.

If the customer chooses to return the item themselves, they need to provide us with a tracking code for the warehouse to facilitate quick returns.
