Pre-owned good condition. I believe brass because brass is specifically an alloy of copper and zinc, giving it a bright gold-like color. Can’t confirm selling as mixed materials. It’s a very solid piece weighing 2 LB 7.9 OZ. I had in my garage for the last twenty years. I don’t see any markings as in a maker. Be great piece for all bulldog collectors.
