This is a brand new but old stock Master Lock 3UPLF COMMERCIAL padlock. This is a commercial lock and for security reasons DO NOT come with keys. They can be keyed in under a minute using a 376 keying tool. The shackle diameter of this lock is 9/32", the height of the shackle is 1 1/2" and the width of the padlock is 1 1/2".

This lock does NOT come with keys.

It must be used with a 376 keying tool.
