We are a timber building manufacture based in Staffordshire who manufacture ,
Garden sheds , Workshops , Garages , Summerhouses and Chalets. 
All our buildings are built to order and built to your requirements.

16ft (4.8 m) Contemporary style Garden-room Summerhouse with 1 set of UPVC Double doors and 4 x UPVC fixed pane windows.

Specification : 

All framing construction is 63mm x 38mm CLS framing with 19mm (EX 22mm) Swedish Redwood T&G cladding.

Roof construction is 90mm x 38mm CLS framing with 13mm Swedish Redwood T&G timber boarding covered with an all-in-one EPDM Rubber covering. 

Floor as standard is a 16mm Swedish Redwood T&G Floor boarding on top of 63mm x 38mm CLS Bearers.

Doors and Windows are Double glazed UPVC ( 1 Pair double door & 4 Fixed pane windows ) Top opening window vents can be added to the fixed pane windows. Please contact us for the additional cost for this.

As standard the Garden-room style Summerhouse building will have an internal Eaves height of 76" (1930 mm) on the low side rear panel, and an internal height of 83" (2100 mm) on the high side front panel. Guttering will be fitted to the rear low side panel.

The insulation used will be 50mm Celotex Thermal insulation board in all wall and roof areas and over-boarded with a matching 13mm Redwood T&G. The floor area will be insulated with 30mm Celotex Thermal insulation board.

The electric pack will consist of 4 Internal double sockets, 4 Internal downlights, 1 Internal 1.5 K/Watt panel wall heater, and 4 External downlights. Please note that an adequate power supply will already need to be installed at the base area with a minimum of 10ft (3.0 mtrs) of the adequate armoured cable showing above base level ready for our electrician to connect the buildings consumer unit too. 

As standard the building will come treated with an Oil-based Creotec which dries to a light oak colour. The building can also come pre-painted in your colour/colours of choice which are taken from the Cuprinol Shades range of colours. Please contact us for the additional cost for this.
 
Delivery :

All our buildings are subject to a delivery charge which is based on distance from our factory postcode WS15 2HS to the delivery postcode. Please contact us with the full delivery postcode to enable us to quote on additional delivery charges.

Payment :

We offer the following options regarding payments

Option 1, Credit/Debit card. With this option you can pay 50% of the overall cost as a deposit to secure your order and delivery date and pay the remaining balance 7 days prior to the arranged delivery date. 

Option 2, Bank transfer. With this option you can pay 50% of the overall cost as a deposit to secure your order and delivery date and the remaining balance 7 days prior to the arranged delivery date. Once your order has been placed, we will forward a confirmation email for your order which will contain the details for the transfers.

Option 3, PayPal. This option would be payment in full upon receiving your PayPal invoice. Please contact us to confirm PayPal details.

Option 4, eBay. This option is payment in full. Once you have clicked on "Buy Now" we will forward an eBay invoice for payment.

Please note that all goods ordered will remain the property of "Staffordshire Sheds Ltd" until payment has been received in full.


Fitting :

We can erect your building for FREE upon delivery providing the following requirements are in place on day of arranged delivery.

1. An adequate firm level base built to at least the size of the building ordered.

2. Good easy unrestricted access from delivery vehicle parking area to base area with no height restrictions below 8ft (2.4 mtrs).

Please note that due to Insurance liability restrictions we are not allowed to lift any panels over fences, walls  or Buildings to gain access to the base area. However if you can provide the manpower on the day of delivery upon the arrival of our team, then you can do this yourself and we will still erect your building for FREE providing you meet the base requirements.

Failure to meet the above requirements for FREE fitting on arranged day of delivery upon the arrival of our team, will result in your building being on a delivery only basis and Staffordshire Sheds Ltd reserve the right to ask for any outstanding balance due . Failure to pay any outstanding balance due will result in your goods being returned to our factory.
Please note that any goods ordered will remain the property of Staffordshire Sheds Ltd until full payment has been made.

If once any issues regarding base or access have been addressed and you wish Staffordshire Sheds Ltd to still erect your building , then there will be a re-call charge required via bank transfer only and paid prior to newly arranged recall date. Charges for this are available upon request.
