Unsure of completeness. See pics. What you see is what you get.  I believe this is from the early 70's. There is one head gasket and a ton of parts, I believe there are duplicates, but im not sure. There is no guarantee on completeness or functionality. The box says SI SCI but the gasket says 25/30, if you are looking at this listing, you know way more than me.
