Description

This is a vintage Strone House Scottish pleated kilt skirt dress in sky blue, red, yellow, black, and white tartan plaid. Black leather buckles. Good, gently used condition: some wear on leather, one small hole, and a few minor spots on cotton top (all pictured). Size marked 30 -- please see measurements.

Waist 24"-26" adjustable with buckle

My return policy: Returns are welcome as long as the item is returned unused.

In the case of item not as described (or reasonable difference of opinion about my description), I always favor the buyer and issue a full refund, including return shipping.
