Speaker Assembly Procedure

The second helmet kit (code EDGE/PRO JBL 45, ACC00011) is professionally assembled in our shop following these steps:

  1. The package is opened with care.
  2. The 40mm JBL speakers (part number REP00098) are removed.
  3. The 45mm JBL speakers (part number REP00084) are installed in their place.
  4. The package is then resealed with a distinctive label, packed and ready for shipping.
