Beautiful women blonde dress! I bought this last year and never got around to wearing it. Just a little too small for me. This does not have the original belt. The waist is elastic and stretches. The straps are adjustable. Has two side pockets.

It looks like the tag left an ink mark on the inside of the dress. You can see it in the last picture. It did not bleed through to the front. Only on the inside.
