Xinghua Roots Pump 70L/s ZJ-70A Booster Lobe Vacuum Pump - Rebuilt

Pump is rebuilt and fully tested and in perfect operating condition. Pump is shipped without oil or any liquids. It requires oil for:

1. Main Chamber

2. Gear box

3. Shaft Seals

Water to cooling the gears and shaft.

380V at 3400 RPM Motor - it would require VFD to run at recommended rotarion speed which should be around 1700-1800rpm. It may run at more RPM, we just not sure how safe it would be. With correct VFD you can run 440V or 600V.

Roots vacuum pump is equipped with a pair of synchronous reverse high-speed rotating 8-shaped rotor in the pump cavity. When working, the two rotors produce suction and exhaust in the pump cavity. This type of pump can not be alone exhaust, must be used in series with the front pump (such as slide valve pump, water ring pump, oil ring pump, etc.).

This type of pump is divided into ordinary ZJ type and ZJP type with relief valve.

This type of pump is widely used in vacuum coating, chemical, food, medicine, smelting, motor manufacturing and other industries. Especially when the two-stage water ring pump is used in the front stage, it can remove the gas containing a large amount of water vapor, so it is very suitable for distillation evaporation, freeze drying and other production processes.
