This is a new in box and never opened Marvel Legends figure of The Thing. This particular figure is from the Mojo Series of figures released for ToyBiz's Marvel Legends line. This particular figure is in great shape with no yellowing, physical openings in the plastic, bending of the packaging, or any other damage.
