Payment on auctions need to be paid within 5 days. In most cases, we will ship within 48 hours of cleared payments.

With the exception of seasonal/holiday giftware, decor, linens and clothing, we do accept returns with the buyer responsible for the return postage. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the same packaging materials and in the same condition as how we sent it. We photo document all items during our shipping process. Refunds will not be granted unless prior approval is obtained from us. We do not pay shipping charges for returned items. We will combine shipping to save you money unless we judge that the fragile nature of the item may be compromised in shipping. We will pack and ship with great care for safe arrival.
