Using lukewarm water to wash the trainer by hands with non-scented detergent.
Using non-chlorine bleach to remove tough stains.
Do not put trainer in dryer, lay the trainer flat to air dry.

2. Alternate Trainers
You may buy an extra trainer as a substitute while the other one is in process of washing/drying.
