99% of my cross-stitch and quilt patterns are NEW.
USED PATTERNS: Most of my used patterns have had their pattern pieces ironed and placed in their own cello bag. I won't list any pattern that looks like it should be thrown out. There are exceptions: Vintage/rare patterns. I will always let you know the condition.
I give everyone my shipping discount to help keep the cost down. I ship six days a week, rain or shine, using Ground Advantage with Tracking. If you want faster service, you will need to let me know so I can adjust your shipping.
I will happily combine shipping.
Please be assured I take extra precautions to protect your items. I want your items to reach you in the same condition as they left my pattern drawers.
No one has ever messaged me that their pattern arrived damaged. If anything like that ever happens, take a picture and send it to me.
My guarantee to you is: I stand behind everything I sell, and I will always do my very best to make things right. I take making you happy seriously!!
If you want to ship to someone that isn't on file with eBay, make sure your address is current or you have added an alternate address for the person you want to ship to BEFORE checking out.
