Film starts with a teen learning how to dance, followed by him dancing, perhaps prom. Then there's some brief Christmas footage (slightly out of focus). Then it's a large parade on Main Street Racine! Lots of great footage of army vehicles and marching... even a tank! Then we visit the airport for some plane footage. Then it's more parade footage and a visit to the circus. Film ends with brief footage of Madison and the state capitol.
