3, Introduction to Normally Closed and Normally Open:

 

Normally Closed - When you set a certain temperature value below which the switch is in a closed (on) state, the switch will automatically switch to an open state if it exceeds this temperature value;

 

Normally open - When you set a certain temperature value, the switch is in an open state below this temperature value, and when it exceeds this temperature value, the switch automatically switches to a closed (on) state. Contrary to normally closed.

 

4, The difference between two pins and three pins:

 

Two feet are a set of normally closed functions, three feet are a set of normally closed and a set of normally open functions.

 

5, Wiring method:

 

The main principle of a switch is to control a live wire, which is equivalent to installing a switch between two live wires. The two pin temperature controller has two wiring lugs, one for pin 1 and the other for pin P. When 1 and P are connected in series on the power circuit and the temperature rises to the required control temperature, the power will be automatically cut off (the appliance will stop working). When the temperature drops, the power will be automatically turned on (the appliance will start working).

 


The three pin temperature controller has three wiring lugs, each with three pins 1, 2, and P. When 1 and P are connected in series on a circuit, the same principle applies. When 2 and P are connected in series on the circuit, when the temperature rises to the required control temperature, the power will be automatically turned on (the electrical appliance will start working), and when the temperature drops, the power will be automatically cut off (the electrical appliance will stop working)

 

6, Precautions:

 

1. Users must propose ordering models and specifications based on the characteristics of their products and the temperature control required.

 

2. When installing the temperature controller, the temperature sensing tube should be tightly attached to the surface being controlled as much as possible to achieve accurate temperature control.

 

3. Do not deform the temperature sensing tube during installation to avoid affecting its performance.

 

4. Do not allow conductive gases or substances to enter the thermostat or contaminate the surface of the thermostat to avoid affecting electrical insulation performance.

 

5. The installation hole spacing is 28MM, and the M4 machine wire of the bracket should not be too long, otherwise it will damage the performance of the temperature controller

 

6. The switch box is an electrical ceramic component that should be handled with care to avoid damage.

 

7. The bending radius of the capillary tube should not be less than 5mm
