Fenghuang Dancong is a select oolong tea from Guangdong province, this is a high quality handmade oolong from China,  also known as Phoenix bird oolong, each bush produced a uniquely flavored tea. 

This tea is light and slightly astringent, with a hint of tropical fruit.    This tea absolute delight, from the lovely black leaves, to the complex aroma of the infusion which is a lovely golden yellow liquor, with a complex delicate woody, fruity taste.    According to its different flavours, Dan Cong teas have been divided into many types, such as Zhi Orchid, Osmanthus, Yulan, Almond, Cinnamon, Ginger Flower, Jasmine, Honey Orchid, HuangzhiXiang, Grapefruit, etc.

About Da Wu Ye DanCong Oolong tea:

Da Wu Ye (Big Dark Leaf Dan Cong) is one of the least known Dan Cong variety due to its very limited yearly production. This tea is usually pre-ordered and sold out before it leaves Chao An County. Thus, it has been a well kept "secret" until recent years. We managed to get a limited amount for sale this year. Its name means "Big Dark Leaf" due to the appearance of the tea leaf, being larger and darker compared to other Dan Congs.

The loose leaves are large and stalky in greenish brown color with red spots on the surface and red edge. Once you open the package, the charming orchid fragrance released immediately. Once brewed, the leaves are back to life-thick, soft in shiny dark green color. The liquor is in bright yellow color. A strong infusion will appear in clear orange. The honey orchid floral aroma lingering in mouth, refreshing, smooth and sweet.

Usage:
Suggest 8-10 Grams of tea with 150-200ml 100.C water to brew for 20 seconds for the first brewing, longer time for the following brewing,can brew over 6 times.
