Here is the new VW T5 / T5.1 Transporter double seat swivel base designed by the Customshop team (UK/EU Registered Design no. 001382212-0001). The double seat swivel base is the most compact seat base on the market with all 4 locking points hidden away, it is the most streamlined and barely visible from the outside (raises the seat by 15mm). The locking points work on a unique 1/4 turn 'quick release' system so removing all 4 fixing bolts and rotating the base takes literally seconds and has passed M1 seat belt anchorage safety tests using a pull test on a specialist test rig to ECE R14 / EC Directive 76/115/EEC as amended by 2005/41/EEC. The new design is unlike any other on the market which keeps your seat completely level and also allows you to keep your under seat storage with no issues when rotating. The base allows you to rotate the double passenger seat 180 degrees and lock the seat in the reverse position to completely transform the living space of your camper. Fits all RHD T5 / T5.1 models (2004 - 2015) and fixes directly to the existing seat mounts so no need for any modifications.
