You are looking at a listing for the 28th ornament in the Hallmark series called "LIONEL TRAINS".  This ornament is called "1361 PENNSYLVANIA K4 STEAM LOCOMOTIVE" and is dated 2023. The die-cast train engine measures about 3-7/8" wide.
 
The ornament is new in the box. It was only removed for the photos. The box has scuffing, color-transfer from other boxes during storage, a dent on a side, wear, and dinging. The price tab is intact.
