Unit after complete regeneration:

• engine block, head and all parts washed in a washer using the latest ultrasonic technology with a frequency of 28 kHz, allowing for the best effect;

•  a second shaft was installed after grinding;

•  the shaft bed in the crankcase was aligned;

•  the cylinder liners were replaced using liquid nitrogen or the liners were honed;

•  new main and thrust bearings were installed;

•  new connecting rod bearings;

•  new seals;

•  new connecting rods or after regeneration;

•  new engine timing;

•  new oil pump;

•  nominal pistons + new rings were installed;

•  new head gasket;

•  a comprehensively regenerated and planed head was installed, valve seats regenerated, valves lapped and adjusted + new valve seals.

☑️The entire engine regeneration process, including grinding, is performed in our company, using specialized machines and equipment.

☑️ THE PRICE IN THE ADVERTISEMENT INCLUDES ONLY THE BARE POST - without the oil pan and valve cover. 

☑️ THE ENGINE WARRANTY IS 6 MONTHS WITHOUT KILOMETERS LIMIT. THE CONDITION OF ITS DURATION IS THE RETURN OF THE OLD ENGINE.
