Operating principle:

The throttling valve regulates (throttles) the flow in both directions. The adjusted flow depends on the change in oil pressure in the system. The adjustment is done by a knob, the setting can be secured by a lock screw.

Connect V to the supply line and C to the consumer or vice versa.
