Hydraulic PTO gearbox Power transmission size 3 PTO stub 1: 3.8 with pump 46ccm

Application:
Compact kit, ideally suited to small and medium-sized forestry and construction machines, tractors and others with a PTO shaft output. The small gearbox allows the kit to be fitted in hard-to-reach places and on tractors and machines which have little space for the gearbox.

It can be used wherever the original hydraulic pump fitted to the machine is not powerful and efficient enough, or where a new hydraulic system is needed to control newly installed equipment.

Gearbox technical data:

The gearbox is mounted on the PTO with a bolt so that it can be assembled or disassembled relatively quickly. The lock also prevents the transmission from slipping off the PTO.

Fits on a typical 1.3/8’ PTO shaft

Universal joint shaft speed: max 540 rpm

Has a sight glass for checking the gearbox oil level.

Can operate with second group pumps

Requires filling with gear oil

For first use, to increase the life of the gearbox, it is recommended to change the oil after the first 50 operating hours.

Productivity of the kit:

Efficiency depends on the speed of the PTO shaft to which the kit is connected. The higher the revolutions on the PTO, the more efficient the pump is.

Flow rate of the kit in l/min relative to the revolutions on the PTO shaft:

220rpm on the PTO output 38L/min
320rpm on the PTO output 55L/min
430rpm on the universal joint shaft displacement 75L/min
540rpm on the universal joint shaft - flow rate 94L/min
