Flow control valve with scale VPR3 1/2 | 60L/min | 210 bar flow divider LKF 60

The regulator splits the main oil flow from the pump into two streams. It allows a specific flow rate to be set at the first main receiver, the excess oil is discharged to the second receiver. When changing the pump capacity, the main receiver always gets the same amount of oil, the flow varies only on the second receiver.

This is ideal for tractors and other machines where the steering system (orbitrol) and the main hydraulics (front loader) are supplied by a single pump. A constant flow is then set on the orbitrol, with the remaining oil fed to the loader hydraulics. The amount of oil fed to the loader depends on the capacity of the pump at the time. The amount of oil fed to the orbitrol is always constant, ensuring smooth and efficient steering of the machine.

Connection and adjustment:

The adjustment of the valve is carried out by means of a lever, the possibility of securing the settings by means of a knob. It has a scale to control the settings.

Connections IN to the supply line and CF to the priority consumer or to the line of the hydraulic system where flow control is required. EX connection to a second consumer.
