Hydraulic check block check valve VBPDE | 1/2 | 50L/min | 350 bar VRDE 1/2

Operating principle:

The controllable twin check valve or ‘lock’ is used to block the movement of the piston rod of the actuator in both directions. It ensures the stabilisation of the piston rod position when we do not control the distributor and high forces act on the cylinder. The valve lock ceases to function when the hydraulic manifold starts to be controlled.

Connection:

ConnectV1 and V2 to the supply lines e.g. sections in the hydraulic manifold. ConnectC1 and C2 to the consumer e.g. double-acting cylinder.

The flow from V1 to C1 and from V2 to C2 is completely blocked when there is no pressure on V1 and V2. Flow from V1 to C1 and from V2 to C2 opens when pressure is applied to V1 or V2.
