Used bench tested as shown in photos. Vintage Tyco hobby transformer ac/dc model 899t

Ac seems to be working but as shown in pictures dc doesn’t seem to get voltage. Not sure if it’s something I was doing or if the unit is bad. Ac seems to work fine
