This Bank operated from 1845 until 1864 when it became the Boylston National Bank of Boston.
This note was originally a $1 Bank of Washtenaw note from Michigan.
It features a Vignette of Liberty, Justice, and a third allegorical figure seated by a large shield near the shore.
This Altered note grades Fine with a hole and some small pinholes and edge nicks.
