It has likely been serviced not so long ago from the looks of the machine and the timegraph reading.

Original Omega dial - super rare dial edition putting the small seconds hand at the 9 position instead of its usual 6 position.

Time keeping can vary after shipping, depending on usage and climate. Adjustments after shipping are rarely needed but possible.
All vintage watches are sold as +\- 1 minute per day.
Time setting: pull out the crown 1 click gently & slowly, next rotate the crown to the desired time, then push the crown back in and let it run.
PULL the crown out, instead gently, delicately and carefully PINCH it out.
Slowly and gently roll the crown. Never speed roll the crown.
Do not overwind - stop winding when it is full.
If you keep winding when it already full, it will break the Watches main spring.
If you don’t know how to wind a Watch safely, message me first or sit with a watchmaker - do not experiment alone if you don’t know what you are doing.
If returned with broken main spring, a restocking fee of 25% may apply.
Band length is very clearly shown in the photo set.
Please measure your wrist before ordering. Only you know your wrist size. If you order and request a return because the strap or bracelet does not fit your wrist, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
Watch is likely no longer waterproof.
Never expose vintage watches to water / moisture.
