Turned on. Meter reads voltage, close to 120. No light behind meter. LED indicators light up. See pictures for rear outlets test results. Some are active , the switched outlets are not. I believe this is correct. This is a used power conditioner sold AS IS. Please study pictures and decide if everything looks right to you and ask questions BEFORE YOU BUY.
