SHIPPING & HANDLING

   - WE DO NOT OFFER FREIGHT TO HI, AK & PR

   - Make sure your shipping address is up to date.

   - All packages come with tracking number.

   - All Lighting fixtures will be shipped within 15 business days.  They can be

     drop shipped directly from our factory warehouse or your shipment will be shipped to us and 

     we will immediately redirect your package(s) out to you.

   - All small packages will be shipped within 2-3 days, except weekends and holidays.  

   - Payments must be cleared before we ship out anything.

   - We offer free shipping to all domestics addresses on our small parts and only

     available within the 48 continental states.  Please add 15% if your address is in PR &

     HI.

   - If you order more than one items, they will be shipped together with the same 

     tracking number.

   - USPS is our preferred carrier for most First Class.  However, FEDEX, UPS & other 

     carrier will be considered for larger packages and freight.

   - Local pick up is available for a $15 processing fee and a $15 if you wanted to meet 

     at a convenient location, we will not come to your house.  

 

 

RETURNS

   - Please contact us first before returning the item(s), once we received the part(s), 

     we’ll verify the serial number and re-test the item before issue any exchange or 

     refund.

   - All returns must be done within 30 days, after that, all sales are final.

   - There's a 20%restocking fee will be applied if you ordered by mistake and you'll be

     responsible for returning the item.

   - No returns on all ASIS items.

 

 

WARRANTY

   - All Lighting Fixtures come with one year warranty against manufacturer defects.

   - All parts, new & pre-owned, come with 30 days warranty from the delivered date.

   - All sales are final on AS IS or FOR PARTS items.
