80s/90s Jennifer W. Red Polka Dot Dress

Cotton/poly blend dress. The upper part is white with red polka dots. This cutie has a scoop neck, elbow length sleeves and red buttons on the left hip. There is a solid red “skirt” peeking out underneath. It zips up the back with a nylon zipper. In excellent condition.
