Vintage AnnTaylor dress, white with black trim, size 6.  Dress consists of 52% linen and 48% rayon.  Fully lined.  Although I don't have the belt it originally came with, it would be easy to pair with a belt you have or the loops can be removed.  Excellent condition.

across at waist:  14.5"
