1. My dear clients, please inform us your full correct name and address, in case the package is returned. If the package be returned since you leave me wrong address, we don’t responsible for that. please take care of all your order messages, in case we can not ship to your address as estimated

2. Most orders will be shipped out within 15 working days upon payment confirmation.

6. When choosing DHL/FedEx, we will check whether your address is a Remote Area. If it is, Remote Area Fee needed to be charged.

8. While you receive the package if it was broken, please do not accept the package and contact us on time, I will try our best to solve it, if you had accept broken package, we will not undertake any problem!!!
