Fluke 123 Scopemeter - item will not power on.  When you plug power adapter into scope meter, you can hear a faint clicking sound coming from the back of the device.  If you press and hold the up/right arrow simultaneously while pressing the power button you hear a beep, but the screen does not turn on.  I have no other means of testing the unit for functionality.  This is for the scope meter only and no battery, battery charger, or cables/accessories are included.  This is a non-working item and should only be purchased for parts.  The device has heavy signs of use...please see pics for condition of device.  Thank you.
